Hey Dan, i play football for cental cathoilc in Modest Califorina, I'm a Junior. I'm a big fan of yours. I'm only 5'11 and weigh 255. I play ofensive tackle and Defensive tackle, i like defense way better though. I was just wondering what speed drills you did in high school to get so fast and quick or did you just have God given talent? And if you have any advise at jumping higher in the vertiacl leep.
